This notice covers information submitted through this website. For questions, contact experience@wizzardzz.com. Product-specific processing and contractual terms are discussed separately when you use a Wizzardzz product or API.

When you get in touch

The contact form asks for an email address and message. You may also provide a name, company and product interest. We use this information to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include passwords, API keys or sensitive confidential material.

How the enquiry is handled

Enquiries are stored with delivery records so a temporary email failure does not lose your message. Notifications are addressed to sebo@wizzardzz.com and banerjee.sebabrata@gmail.com. The email delivery integration uses Resend. The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, and enquiries are processed by Google Cloud Run and stored in Google Cloud Firestore.

Basic protection and diagnostics

The form uses validation, a hidden spam field and submission limits. A date-scoped hash of the connection address supports those limits. The hosting service may process connection and diagnostic information to operate and protect the site. The site does not include advertising trackers or automatically subscribe you to a mailing list.

Fonts and access

This design loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to that service. Hosting access controls may use essential session or security cookies. See the cookie information for more.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Turnstile processes limited technical information about your browser for that check and does not use it for advertising.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. It sets analytics cookies. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and we do not use it for advertising.

Questions about your information

Contact us if you want to ask about, correct or request deletion of an enquiry you submitted. Enquiry data is used for the conversation and related follow-up; retention and deletion should be reviewed as part of ongoing site operation.
