About Wizzardzz
What is Wizzardzz?
Wizzardzz is an editorial AI company that builds systems for newsrooms: a live scored news desk, agentic writing, AI-search visibility, explainer video and interactives, newsletters, print-to-digital and WhatsApp task management. It was started by people who have run news desks.
Do you only work with newsrooms?
Newsroom technology is our specialty. Some products, such as WIZ for task management in WhatsApp and TopicVine for coverage planning, also suit content and marketing teams.
Who uses Wizzardzz today?
Our clients, past and present, include The Indian Express, Outlook Group, ABP, Basispoint Insight, The Secretariat and TMOE Digital.
Editorial control & quality
Do your products replace editors?
No. Editors set the brief, approve each stage and decide what goes out. The systems take over routine work so a leaner team can publish more, faster.
How do you prevent AI hallucinations?
Research is limited to trusted sources, reviewer agents check every draft for lost facts and unsupported claims, and a similarity check flags copy that is too close to its sources. Transit validates every word against print and blocks delivery on any change.
Is Motion Desk AI-generated video?
No. Motion Desk renders video from your own content and code, with your fonts, colours, maps and photos. There is no generated footage and no synthetic faces.
Languages, integration & AI search
Do your products work in Hindi and other Indian languages?
Tools that read, sort and route news, such as Cadence, work in every language from day one. Tools that write copy are tuned with a style sheet per language; DraftOne is live in English, with Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu in development.
Can you connect to our CMS?
Yes. Our products publish to your CMS by API, or export files such as .docx. We discuss the exact integration for your environment before scoping.
How do you help publishers get cited by AI answers?
Cadence keeps you fresh and first, TopicVine builds topic authority on real search questions, Optimizer makes sentence-level edits for AI citation, and Citation Watch tracks who seven AI platforms cite for your questions.
Do I need my own agency subscriptions?
Yes. Access to agency wires depends on your own subscriptions; we connect to them.
Getting started
How do we start?
In three steps: a conversation with your editorial and digital heads, a demonstration on your own feeds, then scope, cost and timeline in writing.
How do I get pricing?
Pricing is scoped per newsroom. Write to experience@wizzardzz.com with the product you are considering and a little context about your team.
See it on your own feeds.
Tell us what slows your desk down. We’ll show you a working demo on your own sources, then put scope, cost and timeline in writing.
